(1)有机半导体光电材料与新型纳米器件:有机半导体微纳单晶材料的生长、可控组装,及其在场效应晶体管器件(FET),发光二极管,光电探测器,气体传感器等半导体光电子器件的应用开发,并探索其规模集成的方法与应用。
(2)有机/无机杂化半导体发光器件:有机/无机杂化量子点的研制及其在新型发光显示器件(LED)中的应用。
2006年博士毕业于中国科学院理化技术研究所,2006-2009年在香港城市大学材料与科学系超金刚石与先进薄膜中心进行研究工作。2009年加入苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院。2016年获基金委“优秀青年科学基金”,2017年获批江苏省“特聘教授”。以第一或者通讯作者发表包括J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Adv. Mater.等在内的SCI论文近70篇,已授权发明专利8项,主持多项国家自然科学基金委与科技部项目。
